The use of the Waffletechnology cleaning card is an important aspect of a pro-active preventative maintenance plan that will ensure the optimum performance of your check scanner while assisting in the reduction of MICR and OCR misreads and a reduction in reject images.

Seac recommends our customers use one cleaning card per week, some lighter use environments can adjust this schedule to every other week or once per-month as needed. Heavy use environments may require more frequent cleanings.
